Jessy's Story
As a child, I was raised in Catholic School. While most children dreamed of being doctors, teachers, and lawyers, I wanted to become a nun. As an adolescent I was very angry with my circumstantial family (like most of us) and found self medicating with drugs and alcohol at age 11 to be my only relief. I learned through my own trials and mistakes finding myself through terrible relationships and people who didn't have my best intention in mind. Fast forward to 2016 I married an amazing man with two amazing boys and have grown leaps and bounds but still felt like I lost my North Star. I took my first trip to Lily dale with some friends of mine and while I was waiting for a reading, a group of ladies joined me in sitting on a porch of a beautiful Victorian home. One of the women had a message for me; telling me, "I needed to put the Oxygen mask on myself first before helping others."
Spiritual Awakening
Such simple advice opened a massive door to healing since that day, the oxygen mask has been on. Through journaling, meditation, and reading countless books, I built my relationship again with my higher power I call, God. I found myself in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous where I remained sober for three and a half years before relapsing at the end of Covid in May of 2021 falling hard back into the cycle of addiction. In sobriety I was introduced to the healing art of Reiki. Through AA I made lasting connections with people who had my best interest in mind. I expanded Reiki into Shamanism and Mediumship and was certified in all three modalities mentioned above. By mid- January 2023 I was filled with shame, guilt, anxiety, and fear and felt the pull to live a life I was proud of. My own intuition guided me to sound baths, retreat sessions, shadow work, astrology classes, and the gym! The doorway to reformation is never closed and my mission is to help those who feel lost find abundance, empowerment, and freedom.
